How can I purchase your packages?

Travel Packages go on sale Friday October 16th, 10:00am PST. Upon clicking "SELECT THIS PACKAGE," you will be taken to the check out page at Music Today. Alternatively, you can order by phone at: 1-800-594-TIXX (8499). You will not be able to actually make a purchase on the Music Today site until 10:00am PST.

Travel Packages FAQ


Can more than two people stay in a hotel room?

Up to 4 can stay in a hotel room, but please pay attention to the bed type selected as we cannot change the bed type you select. If you are booking for more than 3 people, the best bet would be to book a travel package for 2 people, and then add on a 1 person shuttle pass + ticket combo to your order while checking out on the musictoday side.

Can we arrive early to the hotel?

Hotel check-in time is not guaranteed until 4 PM. We have communicated with each of our hotels and they have assured us that they will do everything in their power to get you in your rooms as early as possible (noon is most likely the earliest). However, if the hotel is sold out the night before, it will be very difficult to turn over the rooms and check you in before 4 PM on April 24th.

Can we stay longer at the hotel?

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to add additional nights to your stay. Your reservation will automatically be adjusted based on this selection. If you decide to order these nights after you have already booked, please contact us.

How do the deposits work for the Hotel travel packages?

Deposits are due on the day you reserve your travel package. The remainder of your payment (total price less the deposit/musictoday fees) will be due by April 1st and will be processed by Music Today. The exact amount that is still due, and the process by which the rest is collected, will be reflected in your confirmation receipt.

How often do the shuttles run from hotel to the festival site?

Shuttles will run all day from 2 hours before the first set of the day, all the way until 2 hours after the last set of the day. You will not miss a note of music if you do not want to. You can take the shuttle as many times as you wish during the day.

Can we purchase one of the Local Area Hotel Shuttles even if we are not staying at one of the hotels on the line?

Yes, you can. After you go through the purchase page you will be sent a survey with all local area hotel stops. Choose the hotel stop that is closet to where you are staying. That is the stop where you will pick up your wristbands as well as where you will be picked up/dropped off.

What does "Will Call" mean?

Will Call is where you pick up your tickets. It will be a table located at the hotel lobby where you will check in. This is where you will pick up your festival tickets, wristbands, shuttles passes and any other pertinent information for the weekend. Our table will be set up at 11am on April 23th and from 9AM until 9 PM on April 24th, but hotel check in is not guaranteed until 4 PM.

Are pets allowed in the room?

Although we love pets, even if the hotel allows pets, we do not allow pets due to the lengthy time that is undoubtedly going to be spent out of the room. It is not fair to other guests staying in the hotel to leave an unattended animal for hours on end in a room where they may make noise or cause other disturbances.

Is there parking at the hotel?

There is parking at each hotel, however they will charge a separate parking fee.

Will there be a line for shuttles?

We are going to provide you the best service you could possibly imagine, however during some peak hours, there may be a little wait to board a shuttle. Immediately after the show, we will have buses waiting to take you back to your hotel.

Can our room be next to our friends?

Please contact us and we will do our best to put you as close to, or next to your friends.

Can our rooms be connected to our friends?

Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best if you contact us immediately after both rooms are booked to put you in connecting rooms.

Local Hotel Shuttles FAQ


How often will the buses run?

Shuttles will run all day from 2 hours before the first set of the day, all the way until 2 hours after the last set of the day. You will not miss a note of music if you do not want to. You can take the shuttle as many times as you wish during the day.

How will I know what bus to take at the end of the night?

All buses will be clearly marked with the hotel that specific bus is going to.

How long will the wait be right after the show is over to get back to our hotel?

We cannot accurately predict exactly how long it will be, but please be assured that we will work very hard to get the buses out as quickly as possible. Again, it is our goal to keep you satisfied throughout the weekend.

Can we drink on the bus?

We ask that you refrain from drinking alchohol on the bus rides.

Can we buy a shuttle pass at the hotel when we check in

Most likely our shuttle passes will be sold out by October 30th. Please buy your passes early so we can best accommodate you.
