The drive from Indio to LAX is about 3 hours WITHOUT ANY traffic. That being said, traffic within the L.A. metropolitan area and leaving the Coachella Valley can be quite heavy, especially during the morning and early evening hours. When selecting your shuttle time, please be sure to build in plenty of extra leeway time to account for traffic. We are not responsible if you miss your flight.

Very limited passes may be available at LAX or your hotel, but are sold on a standby basis and are NOT guaranteed, so we strongly encourage you to purchase early.
We would recommend that you ride the shuttle to the hotel that is the closest stop to your final destination. Most destinations in the valley can be reached by a short cab ride from one of our stops. If you need assistance in finding closest stop to your final destination please call 1-888-833-1031. Please do NOT ride the camping shuttle.
