Whether you’re used to camping out under the stars or living the glam life, our Shikar-style tent accommodations are sure to please. This on-site lodging option comes furnished with all the sleeping or lounging essentials plus air conditioned restroom and shower access, breakfast and late night snacks in the Safari Lounge, and of course Guest passes to Coachella Weekend 1. Standard Safari Tent packages include accommodations, passes and concierge services for 2 people, with the option to add up to two additional guests for a fee.

Safari and Resort at Coachella Rules & Info:

  • A will call name (lead guest arriving on-site) will be required at the time of purchase. A picture or photocopy of a photo ID that matches the will call name will also need to be attached to the order form to verify identity. Please note: orders can only be processed with these items completed. The Will Call name is the owner of the package for all intents and purposes.
  • Any changes to the will call name after purchase will incur a $1,000 fee.
  • If a guest is requesting more than one Safari Tent or Yurt, we will give a 30 day grace period to submit a lead guest name, contact info, and picture or photo copy of the Will Call name’s photo ID for each additional unit. If we are not provided with these by end of this period, there may be a risk of cancellation of the additional units.
  • All lodging attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older and have a valid I.D. Sorry NO exceptions.
  • Every lodging attendee will be required to check in to redeem their credentials individually. We will not release credentials without securing them on all guests wrists that have been authorized by the lead guest either via the guest arrival survey or in-person. All attendee information will be collected by Valley Music Travel Guest Services in the months leading up to the event.
  • There will be on-site security at all times as well as first aid stations open 24/7.
  • All Safari and Resort at Coachella attendees are subject to search upon entry.
  • Safari and Resort at Coachella attendees may visit the other onsite patron areas, however non-Safari or Resort at Coachella attendees will not be able to enter the exclusive campground.
  • Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into onsite lodging, but unfortunately there will be NO open fires, gas or charcoal, you may bring a small coleman style cooking stove.
  • BYOB – bring up to one case of beer per person for the weekend (if you are of the legal drinking age) No glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs allowed.
  • No animals will be allowed in onsite lodging.
  • Safari and Resort at Coachella attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other lodgers. Noise curfew at 2:00AM.
  • Venue/Promoter are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don’t bring valuable items or if you do, please lock them in your car for safety.
  • Damages to Safari Tents or Yurts will be billed directly to your credit card on file.
