Q: Do Splash House Hotel Packages have a minimum age
A: Yes! The minimum age for all hotel package guests is 21+.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes. The June packages will have a maximum of 3 payments. If you purchase a June Hotel package between Feb. 13th – March 13th it will be 3 installments. March 14th – April 13th will be 2 installments and after April 13th you will pay in full.
The August Hotel packages will have a maximum of 5 payments. If you purchase an August package between Feb. 13th – March 13th it will be 5 installments. March 14th – April 13th will be 4 installments. April 14th – May 13th will be 3 installments. May 14th – June 13th will be 2 installments. After June 13th, you will pay in full.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: Valley Music Travel representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets.
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Hotel Package check-in.
Q: Do these Hotel Packages come with Air Museum After Hours tickets?
A: No. Air Museum After Hours tickets are sold separately.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
(Riviera Palm Springs) Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
(Renaissance Palm Springs) Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 11am.
(Saguaro Palm Springs) Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out on the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and self-parking are available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the Splash House venues. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details.
Q: Can I purchase a Hotel Package for just one night?
A: No. All hotel packages available for this event are for three nights.
Q: Can I add additional nights to my stay?
A: For additional nights, please book an independent reservation for those nights in the same type of room (same bed type) with the hotel directly. Please contact us with the new reservation number and your Valley Music Travel order number, and our hotel team will work to combine your stay. Q: Can more than two people stay in a hotel room?
A: Hotel occupancy is based on the package that we sell, for either two or four guests. We cannot allow additional persons above the package occupancy to occupy the rooms.
Q: My friend is arriving before me, could he/she get in the room before I arrive to receive the wristbands?
A: You will need to add your friends name to your room reservation so that they can check into the room when they arrive at the hotel. Please contact us at 888-805-8930 or info@valleymusictravel.com and we will have their name added to the room reservation. Your friend will be able to get a room key to check-in to the room prior to your arrival. You will be sent downloadable PDF tickets for those included prior to the event. Please print these tickets out to exchange for your wristbands at the event. You may exchange your tickets separately if others in your group are arriving at different times.
Q: Can our room be next to our friends? Can they be connected?
A: Please contact our Guest Services team after purchasing and we will do our best to put you next to, or as close as possible, your friends. Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best. Please have both your and your friend’s order numbers with you when you call.
Q: Will my room have a sleeper sofa?

Q: Can I use my VMT package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. Valley Music Travel’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from VMT and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at 888-805-8930 or info@valleymusictravel.com to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details. You do have the option to return your package though through Lyte.
- With the Fan-to-Fan Exchange you can return your package once that room type has sold out.
- Lyte will make you an offer on the spot – sometimes more and sometimes a little less than you paid, depending on demand. Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan gets to go at a fair price.
- You get paid for your package(s) within 24 hours of the event.
Q: Am I going to have an amazing time?
A: ABSOLUTELY!
